Benel B.V. | Buteophotogear.com has a fully dedicated hyper modern warehouse with the latest technology.  As a result, you are always assured of fast and correct delivery. We aim to deliver your order within a few days. We understand nature photography and our warehouse team understands logistics; an excellent combination that ensures you can enjoy your purchased products quickly and properly. 

Delivery costs: we currently apply a contribution to the delivery costs for all orders, The amount depends on the country it is to be shipped to.  We don't charge costs for e.g. Credit Card or PayPal. Your cost is the cost of the item(s) of your choice and your contribution to the shipping costs.

We ship with DPD, MyParcel (PostNL), GLS, TNT Express, CheapCargo according to the speed, size of the parcel and of course the cost to ourselves.

At the time of dispatch, we send a Track & Trace code to you so that the shipment can be tracked.

In principle, the shipment will be delivered to you, in case you are not at home, it will be offered to you again. If necessary, the parcel can be offered to a neighbour. Depending on the carrier, the parcel can also be delivered to a collection point. The carrier will leave you a notification so that you know what the next step will be.

Countries outside the EU

As a client outside the EU, you don't pay the VAT to your order.
But, please note that you will have to pay the VAT of your own country, this VAT differs per country.

Please note that countries outside the EU may charge you extra for import duties.
The amount differs per country.
